PREORDERS

WHAT IS A PRE ORDER?

A preorder is an order made that helps fund the production of an item.

Preorders in my shop are lower in price and come with freebie(s) as a thank you for your support and help.

WHY IS A PRE ORDER IMPORTANT?

By preordering, you are helping yourself and others bring concepts you enjoy and I love to create come to life!

HOW DOES A PREORDER WORK?

A preorder is similar to a normal order. The biggest difference is the wait time. Production takes anywhere from a month or three, depending on size and complexity, before being shipped to me. I then have to inspect items and package items. I am only one person so please be patient with me if I take longer than others. I promise I will get your items to you ASAP.

WILL YOU OPENING MORE SLOTS FOR PREORDERS?

If the slots are filled, I will not be opening more slots. They are on a first come first serve basis. I only open as many slots as needed to fund the pins. If I open more it is because someone canceled their slot and it is open again or I miscalculated the prices for funding. All items will be put up for in-stock after all pre orders are shipped out.

CAN I GET A REFUND ON A PRE ORDER?

I will NOT be refunding pre orders during production, by signing up for a preorder you made the decision to wait for your item.  If you would like to change your mind about the item and ask for a refund please do it before the deadline for preorders.

Refunds and partial refunds will only be given if there are serious flaws in a product or if the item is not fully funded by the close of preorders.

GRADING

What do the different letters on pins mean (A,B,C, etc.)?

Enamel pins are graded based on their quality upon receipt from the manufacturer. It's important to note that pins are often filled and screen printed by hand, so some mistakes may occur. The grading process will vary between pins and is at the seller's discretion. Below is the scale used when determining grades:

A Grade: The best grade, with little to no noticeable flaws.

B Grade: These have slightly more noticeable flaws (smudges or scratches) but nothing major.

C Grade: These may have noticeable flaws such as discoloration, chunks of missing enamel, etc.

Seconds:  These pins have major flaws such as missing/broken backs, over flow of enamel, or missing screen printing. These are often not put up for sale and if they are it is priced significantly less then the other grades.

SHIPPING

I AM NOT FROM THE USA CAN I STILL ORDER?

Unfortunately, I am currently only shipping to the US.  I hope to offer International shipping again soon.

I NEVER GOT MY PACKAGE. CAN I GET A REFUND?

Once the package has been mailed it is no longer my responsibility. I most likely won't be able to replace your order either, depending on the stock I have. Please contact your post office to see what the problem is. I will do my best to help you find the package by placing a lost mail request.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS? MY ADDRESS WAS INCORRECT, HOW CAN I FIX IT?

If you would like to fix/change your address please email me at [email protected]. Please do not DM me as I do not know your name or your DM could get lost after receiving so many. Please do this as soon as you realize it to avoid any trouble as I usually package products a day or two after they are ordered.

CAN I COMBINE SHIPPING IF I MADE MULTIPLE ORDERS?

Yes! Please fill out the combine shipping form linked in my bio or email me both of your order numbers or the name that both were ordered under. I will refund the extra shipping paid as soon as I can!

If you have any other questions that I did not answer here please email me at [email protected].
