REFUNDS

At this time, there are only three cases where a refund is possible:

1. A refund can be given prior to your order being shipped. Please email me or DM me your order number and name within 24 hours of order order being placed if you would like it cancelled and to receive a refund.

2.  A refund will be given if there is a product missing from your order. Please be be honest and provide photo evidence in your email to me showing the package.
 
3. A refund will be given if preorders are not fulfilled.  If preorders are fully funded and put into production you are not longer eligible for a refund unless there are major flaws with the product being manufactured.

At this time we do not except returns on any products.
